We work closely with several dry out companies
for your water extraction needs. Once we receive
your emergency claim information, then we notify
one of the professional dry out companies, they
will come out to your residence or business and
begin the water extraction process. Once the dry
out process is complete and you notify us that
the equipment has been removed, then we begin
the other necessary repairs.

A SPECIFIC COST BEFORE HAND, HOW DO I KNOW
YOU’RE NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY INSURANCE
COMPANY?
Our prices are set
by a software program called Xactimate. This is
the most widely used pricing program by
insurance adjusters. What this means to you is
that our prices are no surprise to the insurance
companies who will be paying the bill. When
your insurance adjuster writes up his estimate,
he’s using the same pricing guide we use.
Therefore, we can guarantee that there is never
any price gouging or opportunistic services
performed. Every price listed on our bill is the
standard price allowed and paid by the insurance
industry.
DO YOU WORK FOR THE
INSURANCE COMPANIES?
No, we work for you
- the home or business owner. As a restoration
service contractor the majority of our work is
paid by insurance companies. However you are the
customer. You get to choose who works on your
home. Insurance companies can give you the names
of restoration companies, but they cannot force
you to use a particular one. We are the company
preferred by most customers and insurance
companies because we do good, honest, and
efficient work.
DO YOU GIVE ESTIMATES
FOR WATER DAMAGE AND FIRES?
Yes, and we can
provide an estimate before any work is started.
The thing to remember is that estimates change
as water damage spreads. An area that doesn’t
appear wet when you first called can absorb
moisture the following day, through carpeting,
sheetrock or undetected damage.
Insurance companies
deal with this situation on a daily basis. They
expect an approximate estimate from us as soon
as possible. However, they understand that
billing cannot be finalized until the structure
is completely dry and all risk of mold has been
eliminated.

emergency services that include tarps, board ups
and referrals for water extraction.
