Damage Control and Restoration , Inc. (DCR) respects and protects your privacy. DCR may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. These changes will be posted online and take effect as soon as they are posted.

Disclosure:
DCR will not disclose to outside parties any personally identifiable information obtained from the submission of an email inquiry without the consent of you, the customer (except as required by subpoena or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). When DCR uses agents, contractors or other companies to perform services on its behalf, DCR will ask that they protect your personally identifiable information consistent with this Policy.

Responses to Email Inquiries:
When Visitors send email inquiries to DCR, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. DCR may  use the return email address for follow up contact at DCR discretion.  DCR does not share the return email address with any third party for this purpose.

Improper Conduct:
DCR complies with the law. DCR may turn over customer identifiable information to law enforcement agencies to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for service if DCR is presented with the legal obligation from such agencies to do so.
